Which headsets does Hero Drop run on?
Hero Drop is built for Meta Quest 3 and 3S first. Other platforms will be announced in the news when they’re ready.
Do I need an account or a password?
No. Your pilot is created the first time you play. There is nothing to sign up for and no password to remember. The Nexus portal for the league uses passwordless sign-in.
I reinstalled and my stats are gone. Why?
On a headset, your pilot currently lives with the app’s data, so uninstalling or clearing the app’s data starts a new pilot. Linking pilots to your Meta account so they follow you is planned.
How do I link Discord?
PROFILE → LINK DISCORD in the headset, then /link <code> in the Hero Drop Discord. See the bot page.
Why can’t I use most bot commands?
Stats, ranked, league and server commands need the paid Patreon role in the Hero Drop Discord. Community commands (/playtime, /availability, /follow) are open to everyone. See Support.
How do I get my team into the Drop League?
Apply to found a team in the hangar, with /league create, or in the Nexus portal. A league operator approves it. The full path is on the Drop League page.
Can I stream or make videos of Hero Drop?
Yes, and you can monetize them. Please don’t imply we sponsor or endorse you unless we actually do. The details are in the creator policy.
Can I run my own tournament or league?
Yes. Small, non-commercial competitions are free under the community licence. Anything with sponsors, larger prizes or our branding needs a licence. See the organizer guide.
Is Hero Drop affiliated with Meta?
No. Hero Drop is an independent game. It’s available on Meta’s store, but Meta doesn’t make, run or endorse it.
How do I report a cheater or someone being abusive?
Report it in the Hero Drop Discord with the pilot name, the time and, if you have one, a clip or replay. See the Code of Conduct.
How do I see or delete my data?
Use the privacy address on the contact page. The privacy policy explains what we hold and why.
